Freight Policy
Freight will be prepaid on orders valued at or exceeding a certain dollar amount for combined Lincoln and Mityvac products at Distributor Net Cost (F.O.B. St. Louis). All air shipments are the responsibility of the distributor. Please see your Buyer’s Guide for detailed information.

Drop Shipment Policy
Lincoln will drop ship product within the distributors Area of Prime Responsibility with no reduction in discount.

Limited Warranty
Our limited One Year Warranty appears on all price sheets and catalogs.

Defective Field Scrap
When defective Lincoln merchandise with a Suggested User Price less than $200.00 is returned to your warehouse within the warranty period, we will authorize scrapping once per quarter and issue credit. We do, however, reserve the right to request the merchandise be returned to Lincoln-St. Louis for inspection.

Any defective Lincoln merchandise with a Suggested Industrial User Price equal to our greater than $200.00 will be handled in accordance with our Limited One Year Warranty which appears on all price sheets and catalogs.

Initial Stock Order
Initial inventory of a minimum of 20% of projected first year’s volume.
